Chrysler set social media ablaze a few weeks ago with photos of what appeared to be a radically refreshed Pacifica, and now you can officially place an order for the American automaker’s superb minivan with its brand-new look.

Chrysler scores big with the redesigned front end of the 2027 Pacifica. It transforms from a fairly ordinary minivan into a vehicle with a far more prestigious and refined appearance. This isn’t just a simple cosmetic update; it also represents a new visual identity for the brand with a more luxurious character. In terms of design, it clearly ventures into Cadillac or Mercedes-Benz territory.

A Sharper Style

The new front end of the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is sure to turn heads. It features new LED headlights, but what really catches the eye is the illuminated grille. You’ll also notice that the American automaker’s minivan benefits from updated badges. Finally, Chrysler has added new wheel designs and new exterior colours to complete the refreshed look of the 2027 Pacifica.

There are not many changes inside, aside from improved trim materials in certain areas. The Pinnacle version benefits from a new Blue Agave interior colour.

Among the most interesting technologies available in the 2027 Pacifica is the Safety Sphere Package, which includes turn-signal-activated blind-spot display. It’s the kind of feature that most modern vehicles should be equipped with.

For now, there are no mechanical changes. The Pacifica therefore continues with the same hybrid powertrain producing 260 horsepower while offering an average range of 51 kilometres in fully electric mode. Otherwise, you can still opt for the 3.6-litre V6 gasoline engine producing 287 horsepower.

Coming Soon to Your Driveway

If you like the new 2027 Pacifica, there’s no need to wait since the order bank is already open. It’s also worth noting that the model, along with the Grand Caravan, is assembled right here in Canada in Windsor, Ontario. Pricing has not yet been announced, but we should learn more shortly before the first units arrive in dealerships this summer.
